Worship Service

Join us for a worship service centered around Christ. Our service is filled with music from our Chancel Choir and Praise band, uplifting and educational scripture, inspiring sermons and great fellowship.

Bible Studies

Our Women of Calvary meet on the first Thursday of the month at 10:00am in fellowship hall. Our curriculum is "Parables from the Back Side" for a new refreshing look at some of the best know passages of the bible.

Prepare for World Communion with our upcoming study. Information will be available soon.

Food Ministry

On the first Saturday of each month, we have a grocery distribution ministry. No documentation is necessary. If you are in need, please come to the parking lot at 11:30 for distribution at 12 noon.

We also have a lunch sack program for those without cooking facilities. Thursdays and Fridays from 11am - 1pm

Groups & Organizations

Several organizations and groups meet at Calvary.
Hawthorne Seafarers, a Christ-centered and civic minded organization focused on helping the community and education for youth and adults. Meeting times vary. Check our calendar for upcoming events

AA meet in fellowship hall every Thursday at 7:30pm

Thursday Homelessness to Housing Luncheon

On the third Thursday of each month, we host a luncheon to help those in need of housing - living in a car, on a couch, in the streets, etc - start the process of getting into housing. 10:00am to 11:30.
